Our team worked tirelessly to restore Tilelook as soon as possible. We are happy to inform you that our Design Tool and our website are now back online and available.
Unfortunately the Render Cloud feature cannot be reactivated yet, you can only start renderings from your local computer. We will try to restore it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
The Tilelook team
Earlier today our cloud service provider, OVH, informed us about an accident that happened in their data center where our Tilelook servers are hosted (view news stories here).
This is a quick note just to let you know that we are working on restoring our service as soon as possible, currently we expect to have Tilelook fully online again within the next 48 hours. We expect to restore all user’s data (all saved projects and other assets) that have been saved on Tilelook until today.
If you have used the Design Tool in the last 7 days, it’s possible for you to work with it in “offline mode”. This means you can open any project you have saved on file and render on your local machine, but unfortunately it’s not possible to download or upload any asset from or to Tilelook until the service is restored completly.
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. For any updates please visit back here.
